Section He-C 6350.24 - Regulatory Compliance Requirements for Out-of-State Residential Treatment Programs(a) Certification of out-of-state residential treatment programs shall be conditioned on continued compliance with the licensing requirements in the state in which they operate.(b) Out-of-state residential treatment programs shall provide to DCYF documentation of any quality assurance records or regulatory visits upon completion by their licensing or overseeing entity.(c) Out-of-state residential programs shall comply with the applicable parts of this rule that pertain to the type of care provided to children and families.(d) Out-of-state residential programs shall respond accordingly to communications with DCYF.N.H.
