Section He-C 6350.21 - Substance Abuse Treatment Programs(a) In order for a residential treatment program to be certified as a substance abuse treatment program, it shall comply with the requirements to certify for, and follow the rules of, either an intermediate treatment program in accordance with He-C 6350.16 or an intensive treatment program in accordance with He-C 6350.17.(b) Substance abuse treatment programs shall provide residential care and rehabilitative and restorative treatment to children who also meet criteria for substance abuse or dependence, and shall involve the families as an integral part of the therapeutic milieu.(c) Substance abuse treatment programs shall maintain a NH licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) on staff or contract with an NH LADC.N.H.
