Section He-C 6350.19 - Nursing Homes In order for a residential treatment program to be certified as a nursing home, it shall:
(a) Be licensed in accordance with RSA 151 and He-P 803 NH Nursing Home Rules;(b) Not be required to comply with He-C 6350.15(k) unless providing services under He-C 6420; and(c) Provide children domiciliary board, room, laundry services, health supervision under medical and nursing direction, and nursing care as may be individually required.N.H.
