Section He-C 6346.13 - Billing Record Retention

(a) A provider shall retain records supporting each bill submitted to DHHS for a period of no less than 7 years after the completion date of services provided.

(b) Records shall clearly document the extent of the care and services provided to children and families, including attendance records when those services are charged to the department, and information regarding any payment claimed.
