Section He-C 6343.20 - Record-Keeping and Record Retention(a) Providers shall retain records for a period of no less than 7 years after the completion date of a provided service for each bill submitted to the department, the medicaid fiscal agent or a private insurance company.(b) Records shall clearly document the extent of the care and services provided to children and families, when those services are charged to the department, and information regarding any payment claimed.N.H.
