Section He-C 6342.12 - Quality Assurance Activities

(a) Providers shall be subject to quality assurance reviews conducted by DCYF and DJJS.

(b) Providers shall allow one or more of the following:

(1) Scheduled or unscheduled visits by DCYF and DJJS;

(2) Interviews with provider;

(3) A review of service billing records;

(4) Interviews with children and families served; and

(5) A review of provider documents to determine continued compliance with He-C 6342.
