Section He-C 6341.17 - Quality Assurance Activities(a) Providers shall be subject to quality assurance reviews conducted by DCYF.(b) Providers shall allow: (1) Scheduled or unscheduled on-site visits by DCYF;(2) Interviews with program staff; and(3) A review of program documents to determine continued compliance with He-C 6341.(c) Providers shall ensure records, including all billing records, are available for inspection and review by DCYF staff during any on-site quality assurance visit.N.H.
