Section He-C 6340.13 - Record Retention(a) Providers shall retain records in a secure location for a period of not less than 7 years after the completion date of services provided, supporting each bill submitted to the department.(b) Records shall be subject to random and retrospective review by DHHS to determine the presence and extent of billing errors.N.H.
