Section He-C 5010.05 - Terms of Appointment(a) Each member of the DUR board shall be appointed by the commissioner to serve a 4 year term.(b) Any vacancy on the DUR board shall be filled by the commissioner's appointment of a person to serve the remainder of the current term. Such person shall be from the same category described in He-C 5010.03(a) as the person being replaced. All subsequent appointments shall be for 4-year terms.(c) Prior to appointment to the DUR board, each member shall provide a current curriculum vitae to the department.N.H. Admin. Code § He-C 5010.05
