Section He-C 5010.03 - DUR Board Composition(a) Membership of the DUR board shall comply with 42 USC 1396r-8(g) (3) (B) and be composed as follows:(1) A total of 3 members shall be physicians, currently licensed and actively practicing medicine in New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 329; and(2) A total of 3 members shall be pharmacists, currently licensed and actively practicing in New Hampshire pursuant to RSA 318.(b) Each member shall possess one of the skills identified in 42 USC 1396r-8(3) (B) (i) and (ii) , as well as one of the skills identified in 42 USC 1396r-8(3) (B) (iii) and (iv) .N.H.
