Section He-C 5004.08 - Failure of Transmission(a) All telehealth providers shall have written procedures detailing a contingency plan in the case of a failure of transmission or other technical difficulty that renders the service undeliverable.(b) A claim for payment shall not be submitted to Medicaid when the transmission fails.N.H.
