Section He-C 5004.06 - Confidentiality(a) All services delivered via telehealth shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws or regulations as allowed by the Medicaid program.(b) Privacy shall be maintained during all patient-provider interactions.(c) All existing confidentiality requirements that apply to medical records shall apply to services delivered by telehealth.N.H.
