Section He-C 502.02 - Definitions(a) "AIDS service organization" means those agencies providing case management and support services to people living with HIV/AIDS.(b) "Community based organization" means a legal entity, public or private nonprofit, that is representative of a community or significant segment of a community, and engaged in meeting human, health, educational, environmental, or public safety community needs.(c) "Community health center" means a health center as defined under Section 330 of the Public Health Service Act but does not receive grant funding through the Health Center Program.(d) "Federally qualified health center" means a health center as defined in section 1905(l) (2) (B) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. section 1396d(l) (2) (B) .(e) "Public health network" means a Regional Public Health Network contracted through the Department of Health and Human Services.(f) "Substance misuse support or treatment organization" means organizations with the primary purpose to treat substance use disorders delivered in a variety of settings using levels of care defined by the American Society of Addiction Medicine.N.H.
