Section He-C 4003.16 - Camp Facilities(a) All camp facilities and grounds shall be maintained in good repair to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.(b) Ventilation in camp facilities shall provide a movement of air to assure the comfort and protection of the occupants.(c) Doors, windows, and other outer openings of camp facilities used for food storage, preparation, or consumption shall be equipped with screens with a mesh having at least 18 strands by 16 strands per square inch in all but the following circumstances: (1) First floor windows if designated for use as emergency egress;(2) Doors which are opened for normal or emergency ingress or egress; and (3) Any other time when such openings are ajar for a specific purpose at such times of the day or seasons of the year so as not to allow insects into the affected room(s) .N.H.
