Section He-C 4002.13 - Children With Disabilities(a) The licensee shall accept and make reasonable accommodations to welcome and serve, or continue to serve, any child with a disability.(b) In determining whether accommodations are reasonable and necessary, the program shall: (1) Refer to the Americans with Disabilities Act; and(2) If applicable, request parental release of information from professionals providing services to the child specific to the disability.N.H.
