Section He-C 4001.04 - Time Frames for Departmental Response to Applications(a) Pursuant to RSA 541-A:29, the department shall approve or deny an application no later than 60 days from receipt of the application and any additional information requested by the department.(b) The 60 days specified in (a) above shall begin on the date on which all requested information is received by the department.(c) Any outstanding corrective action plan for violations of rule or statute shall be considered additional information under (a) above.N.H.
