Section He-C 207.04 - Processing of Petitions for Declaratory Rulings(a) Within 30 days of receiving a petition for a declaratory ruling the department shall: (1) Advise the petitioner if additional information or explanation shall be required; or(2) Advise the petitioner that there shall be a delay in issuing the ruling due to the complexity of the petition, or as a result of the involvement of the department of justice regarding issues of legality.(b) The department shall issue a written response to the person filing the petition for declaratory ruling as soon as practicable.(c) Declaratory rulings issued by the department shall be filed with the director of legislative services in accordance with RSA 541-A:16, II (b) .N.H.
