Section He-C 203.08 - Prehearing Exchange of Information; Identifying Exhibits(a) Each party shall respond to another party's requests for information completely and in a timely manner.(b) Where a dispute between the parties arises with respect to production of documents pertinent to the hearing, any party may file a motion to compel discovery under He-C 203.09.(c) The parties shall file the following information and documents with the AAU, and provide copies to each other so that they are received no later than 5 days before the scheduled hearing date: (1) A list of all witnesses to be called at the hearing with a brief summary of their testimony;(2) A list of all exhibits to be presented at the hearing;(3) A clear and legible copy of each exhibit to be presented at the hearing, which shall be sequentially marked and identified as follows: a. Exhibits from the department shall be marked with the words "DHHS Exhibit" followed by a sequential cardinal number, so that the first exhibit is labeled "DHHS Exhibit 1" and the second is "DHHS Exhibit 2," and so on;b. Exhibits submitted by other parties shall be labeled in the same manner as the department's, except they shall be identified by the words "Appellant Exhibit" or "Intervenor Exhibit" as appropriate; andc. Exhibits submitted by any person not covered by a. or b. above shall be marked as directed by the presiding officer; and(4) Any requests for changes to standard procedure or other matters concerning conduct of the hearing.N.H.
