Section He-C 202.01 - Date of Issuance or Filing(a) All decisions, orders, notices or other correspondence or documents issued by or at the direction of the department shall be deemed to have been issued on the date noted on the document, except that any party or intervenor shall be given an opportunity to prove otherwise at the hearing.(b) All applications, notices, orders, petitions, correspondence, motions, requests for findings or conclusions, requests for reconsideration and any other written documents governed by He-C 200 rules shall be deemed to have been filed with or received by the department on the actual date of receipt by the department, as evidenced by a date stamp placed on the document by the department in the normal course of business, except that any party or intervenor shall be given an opportunity to prove otherwise at the hearing.N.H.
