Section He-C 201.12 - Cooperation Required(a) Agents of the department, and persons other than department employees paid in whole or in part with funds which come from the department shall cooperate with a presiding officer conducting an independent review, prehearing conference, or hearing.(b) Agents of the department who fail to cooperate or comply with orders issued by presiding officers shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with applicable internal policies of the department or rules of the division of personnel, department of administrative services.N.H.
