Section He-C 1503.10 - Automated Submission(a) Health care facilities wishing to submit data on an automated basis shall request prior approval from the department.(b) Automated submission shall be granted if the following criteria are met: (1) All required data elements are able to be processed by the health care facility and the department, or its agent, on a daily or continual basis in the format specified in section He-C 1503.03; and(2) The department determines that the integrity of the data will not be jeopardized by automated submission.N.H.
