Section He-C 1503.08 - Submission Periods(a) The submission period for health care facilities submission of data sets shall, at a minimum, be quarterly.(b) Data set submissions shall be made no later than 2 months after the end of each quarter, as follows: (1) February 28, for those patients discharged between October 1 and December 31;(2) May 31, for those patients discharged between January 1 and March 31;(3) August 31, for those patients discharged between April 1 and June 30; and(4) November 30, for those patients discharged between July 1 and September 30.(c) Health care facilities may request up to 3 months additional time to file their first 2 submissions by submitting the request in writing to the department, including an explanation of the reason for the request.
