Section He-C 1002.12 - Administrative Appeals(a) An applicant shall have 30 days, after receipt of the department's decision on his or her application, to appeal that decision.(b) If an appeal is not filed pursuant to (a) above, the applicant shall be deemed to have waived his or her right to appeal the decision.(c) The appeal shall be heard under RSA 541-A:31-36 and He-C 200 by the commissioner or his or her designee.N.H.
