Section He-A 904.05 - Provider Acceptance of Clients(a) A provider shall accept as a client any person sentenced under RSA 265-A:18 for an aggravated DWI offense or multiple DWI offenses and who is assigned to that provider by the convicting court or the department.(b) A provider's acceptance of a client in (a) above shall be limited by the provider's capacity in terms of facility size, the number of available beds, and the number of sections per month offered by the provider.N.H.
