Section He-A 507.08 - Program Completion(a) The IDCMP shall send a written completion report to the sentencing court, the DMV, and the bureau within 5 business days of any of the following: (1) The client has screened negative for a likelihood of a substance use disorder, the client does not require a full substance use disorder evaluation, the client has completed an impaired driver education program, and the client has paid all fees required by He-A 500;(2) The client has been issued a negative finding after a full substance use disorder evaluation, the client has completed an impaired driver education program, and the client has paid all fees required by He-A 500; or(3) The client has been issued a positive finding after a full substance use disorder evaluation, the client has complied with all requirements of the client's service plan, the client has completed an impaired driver education program, and the client has paid all fees required by He-A 500.(b) An IDCMP shall inform clients that they shall not be eligible for license restoration until a completion report described in (a) above is sent and until all outstanding fees owed to impaired driver programs and service providers, courts, and the state of New Hampshire related to previous convictions have been paid in full.N.H.
