Section He-A 405.03 - Recovery Support Services Provider Qualifications(a) Individuals providing recovery support services shall be employees of, or otherwise affiliated with, an agency approved to provide ATR services.(b) Individuals providing recovery support services shall:(1) Practice or have demonstrated competency in the specific subject area or service being provided; or(2) Meet licensure, certification, registration, or accreditation requirements, as applicable, to the specific service being provided.(c) Individuals providing recovery support services shall have a minimum of one year of experience as appropriate to the service being provided.N.H.
