Section Hcp 404.04 - Administrative Fines(a) The sanction of administrative fine shall be imposed only after notice and opportunity for a hearing in those cases in which the board determines that misconduct has occurred.(b) The board shall impose administrative fines as outlined in (d) below for any violation of RSA 137-F or the board's rules.(c) Nonpayment of an administrative fine in contravention of an order, agreement or promise to pay, shall be grounds for discipline by the board and a basis for judicial action seeking to collect the penalty.(d) Administrative fines shall be imposed as follows: (1) For a first offense, $500.00;(2) For a second offense, $1,000.00; and(3) For any subsequent offense, $2,000.00.N.H.
