Section Hcp 401.01 - Application Process for Licensee and Registrant Renewals Each licensee or registrant who wishes to renew their license or registration shall:
(a) Comply with the filing deadlines established in Hcp 401.02;(b) Submit a complete application pursuant to Hcp 401.03;(c) Comply with the continuing education requirements described in Hcp 402; and(d) Pay the renewal fee established in Hcp 405.N.H. Admin. Code § Hcp 401.01
