Section Hcp 207.05 - Right to Counsel

Parties and witnesses in adjudicative proceedings shall have the right to be represented by legal counsel, but an attorney appearing on behalf of a party shall first file with the board a letter announcing his or her representation. Requests for appointment of counsel shall not be entertained, and the board shall have no responsibility for the legal expenses of any licensee, registrant, applicant, intervenor or witness.
