Section Hcp 204.02 - Subscription and Veracity of Documents(a) All complaints, petitions, motions, and replies filed with the board shall be signed and dated by the proponent of the document or, if the party appears by a representative, by the representative.(b) The signature on a document filed with the board shall constitute a certification that: (1) The signer has read the document;(2) The signer is authorized to file it;(3) To the best of the signer's knowledge, information, and belief, there are good grounds to support it; and(4) The document has not been filed for purposes of delay or harassment.(c) A willful violation of the representations contained in (b), above, shall, to the extent consistent with justice and the statutes administered by the board, result in the entry of an order adverse to the party committing the violation.N.H.
