Section Geo 501.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) In order to safeguard the life, health, property, and welfare of the public, and to establish and maintain a high standard of integrity in the professional practice of geology, the following rules of professional conduct are promulgated in accordance with RSA 310-A.(b) These rules shall be binding upon every person holding a license as a professional geologist in this state.N.H.
