Section Geo 401.07 - Active Duty Military Inactive Status(a) The board shall place a professional geologist on inactive status pursuant to RSA 332-G:7, II upon receipt of: (1) A written request; and(2) Proof of active duty service in the Armed Forces of the United States.(b) The board shall return a professional geologist to active status upon receipt of: (1) Payment of the renewal fee;(2) Proof of completion of the continuing education requirements pursuant to Geo 403; and(3) Proof that the licensee has not been discharged from service in the Armed Forces of the United States for more than one year.N.H.
