Section Gen 407.16 - Peer Supervision Groups
Documentation of peer supervision groups shall be:
(a) A photocopy of the contract or written guidelines for operation showing the name of the peer supervision group;(b) A photocopy of the schedule of meetings; and(c) A photocopy of the dated sign-in sheets documenting attendance.
