Section Gen 407.10 - Participation in a Genetic Counseling Research Project

Documentation of participation in a genetic counseling research project shall be a photocopy of a statement signed by either the principal investigator or a representative of the grant sponsor showing:

(a) The name of the research project;

(b) The beginning and ending dates of the licensee's participation; and

(c) The licensee's role in the research project.
