Section Gen 407.05 - Formal Mentored Independent Study

Documentation of formal mentored independent study in genetic counseling shall be:

(a) A photocopy of the signed mentorship agreement; and

(b) The licensee's signed written statement describing the independent study showing:

(1) The dates of the study;

(2) The hours spent on the study; and

(3) The focus and outcome of the study.
