Section Gen 406.16 - Peer Supervision Groups(a) The board shall recognize as maintenance of continuing competence a licensee's participation in a peer supervision group so long as: (1) The peer supervision group consists of genetic counselors or other counseling professionals;(2) It operates according to a contract or other written guidelines that outline the rules, procedures, and expectations for member's participation in the group; and(3) The group meets on a regular basis according to a published schedule of dates, times, and locations.(b) The board shall credit the licensee with one hour for every 25 hours of participation for a maximum of 2 hours per renewal cycle.(c) Documentation of peer supervision groups shall be: (1) A photocopy of the contract or written guidelines for operation showing the name of the peer supervision group;(2) A photocopy of the schedule of meetings; and(3) A photocopy of the dated sign-in sheets documenting attendance.N.H.
