Section Gen 402.07 - Basis for Renewal of Licensure The board shall renew the licenses of licensees who:
(a) Have submitted the completed renewal application form within the time limitations set forth in Gen 402.01(a)(2);(b) Have maintained continuing competence through continuing professional education or continuing professional activity; and(c) Are of good moral and professional character, as evidenced by: (1) The answers to the questions from the application form specified in Ahp 601.01 that are in the affirmative; and(2) Any related documents submitted pursuant to Gen 402.03(a).N.H.
