Section Gen 402.02 - License Renewal Application Packet Applicants for license renewal shall submit the following components of the application packet:
(a) The completed renewal application form described in Ahp 601.03 provided by the genetic counselors governing board; (b) The documents described in Gen 402.03(a), but no documents proving maintenance of continuing competence; and(c) The fee(s) specified by Ahp 301.02(a) for timely or late renewal, as applicable.N.H.
