Section Gcd 208.02 - Rights of an Intervenor

Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, an intervenor's right to participate in the proceedings shall be subject to any limitations or conditions imposed by the presiding officer or presiding panel pursuant to RSA 541-A:32, III.
