Section Gal 504.02 - Specific Duties in Criminal Cases(a) The specific duties of a guardian ad litem in a criminal case set forth in this section shall be in addition to the other obligations and duties of all guardians ad litem as set forth in these rules.(b) In addition to the other obligations imposed by these rules or by the appointing court, a guardian ad litem in a criminal case shall become familiar with the history of the charges involved in the case, the role of the recipient of services, and the issues which bear upon the role of the recipient of services.(c) When possible and consistent with the scope of the guardian ad litem's appointment, the guardian ad litem shall interview the recipient of services, and may interview such other persons, including counsel, as the guardian ad litem deems necessary.N.H.
