(a) A certified guardian ad litem wishing to renew his or her certification shall submit the material specified at Gal 401.03(b) (1) - (4) to the board no later than the date of the expiration of the certification and no earlier than 90 days prior to the date of the expiration of certification.(b) Pursuant to RSA 490-C:5-a, III, if a timely application for renewal, containing all required information and materials has been made prior to the expiration of a certification, the existing certification shall not expire until the board has taken final action on the application for renewal.(c) If an application is submitted to the board prior to the expiration of the person's certification but the board, pursuant to Gal 401.03, requires additional information or materials in order to process that request, the person submitting the request shall be deemed temporarily certified.(d) Temporary certification under (c) above shall expire when the board acts on the request pursuant to Gal 401.03.(e) Renewal of an existing certification that is subject to suspension shall be subject to the provisions of Gal 402.07(a).N.H.
