Section Gal 216.01 - Purpose of Declaratory Rulings

The purpose of a declaratory ruling shall be to provide a ruling to individuals who are involved in the functions of a guardian ad litem in New Hampshire regarding the applicability of a particular rule or order of the board, or a particular statute relating to matters within the jurisdiction of the board, to a specific set of circumstances.
