Section Gal 205.01 - Computation of Time(a) Computation of any period of time referred to in this chapter shall begin with the date on the letter which sets the time period in motion, and shall include the last day of the period so computed.(b) Computation of any period of time referred to in this chapter shall begin with the day after the action which sets the time period in motion, and shall include the last day of the period so computed.(c) If the last day of the period so computed falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to include the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.N.H.
