Section Frl 403.07 - Reinstatement Any individual desiring reinstatement of his or her license shall show evidence of completion of at least the following minimum continuing education credits:
(a) Individuals who have not held an active license for 3 months or less shall complete 14 hours of continuing education credit, of which up to 10 hours may be home study completed pursuant to Frl 403.04(f);(b) Individuals who have not held an active license for more than 3 months and less than 6 years shall complete the following continuing education credits; (1) Four hours continuing education of Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) 29 CFR Part 1910 compliance training;(2) Four hours continuing education of bloodborne pathogen training;(3) Four hours continuing education of Federal Trade Commission (FTC) 16 CFR Part 453 compliance training;(4) One hour continuing education of current didactic compliance training of Secretary of State, Division of Vital Records Administration automated death registration submission procedures; and(5) Four hours continuing education of current funeral and cremation trends;(c) Individuals who have not held an active license for more than six (6) years shall, in additional to the requirements set forth in Frl 403.07(b), complete the following: (1) Pass a practical examination; and(2) Pass a written examination on the current state laws and rules governing the practice of funeral directing and embalming in the State of New Hampshire.N.H.
