Section Frl 207.13 - Inquiry By Presiding Officer Or Board Members

The presiding officer , and board members or board advisors recognized by the presiding officer, shall question witnesses and make such inquiry of witnesses or counsel, as he or she believes necessary to develop a sound record for decision. Other board members participating in the proceeding shall also ask such questions and make such inquiries as they deem appropriate , subject to recognition by the presiding officer.
