Section Fis 410.05 - Salmon Falls River

(a) In the Salmon Falls River the exceptions to the general ice fishing and open water restrictions as specified in Fis 410.02 and Fis 410.03 shall be as follows:

(1) The open water fishing season for the Salmon Falls River shall be January 1 to December 31; and

(2) The Salmon Falls River shall be closed to ice fishing.

(b) [Subsection (b) does not exist.]
