Section Fis 409.01 - Waters Included(a) The following bodies of water, lying in the towns identified and subject to the rules specified in this part, shall be designated as Massachusetts-New Hampshire interstate waters: (1) Bent Pond in Winchester, New Hampshire and Warwick, Massachusetts;(2) Long Pond in Pelham, New Hampshire and Dracut, Massachusetts;(3) Lake Monomonac in Rindge, New Hampshire and Winchendon, Massachusetts;(4) Robbins Pond in Rindge, New Hampshire and Winchendon, Massachusetts; and(5) Tuxbury Pond in South Hampton, New Hampshire and Amesbury, Massachusetts.N.H.
