Section Fis 408.16 - Other Species of Fish(a) There shall be no closed season for taking black crappie (Pomoxis nigromaculatus), white perch (Morone americana), yellow perch (Perca flavescens), horned pout, or sunfish (Lepomis auritus, L. gibosus, or L. macrochirus) by all legal methods, except as otherwise provided in Fis 408.10.(b) The daily bag limit for black crappie shall be 25 fish.(c) The daily bag limit for white perch shall be 25 fish.(d) The daily bag limit for yellow perch shall be 25 fish.(e) The daily bag limit for sunfish shall be 25 fish.(f) The aggregate daily limit for black crappie, white perch, yellow perch, sunfish, and horned pout shall not exceed 50 fish.(g) There shall be no limits on length or weight of black crappie, white perch, yellow perch, or sunfish taken.N.H.
