Section Fis 407.04 - Wild Trout Waters(a) The taking of fish from this waterbody as referenced from Table 400.2 in Fis 407.01(d) shall be subject to the following restrictions:(1) This waterbody shall be managed for wild trout;(2) The open season for taking all species shall be January 1 through Labor day;(3) Only single hook artificial lures and flies shall be used and all hooks shall be barbless or have all barbs pinched;(4) All fish shall be immediately released unharmed to the water; and(5) Fishing through the ice, from the ice, or from any object supported by the ice shall be prohibited.(b) [Subsection (b) does not exist.]N.H.
