Section Fis 1801.02 - Default

"Default" means that a person upon whom civil or criminal process has been duly served has not appeared at the court or administrative proceeding to which the same is returnable, which failure has been recorded, whether or not judgment or a finding has been rendered against him or her for the relief sought.
